June 29, 2017 - Garner Industries is investing more than $3 million dollars to expand its operations in Lincoln, Nebraska with a 40,000-square foot addition to its existing 75,000 square foot building. The addition will accommodate the company’s growing manufacturing operation and provide additional warehouse space.
“Our plastic injection molding and manufacturing services plus our BinMaster product line of level sensors, are increasingly successful in domestic and global markets,” said Garner Industries president and CEO, Scott A. McLain. “The facility expansion is needed so we can continue to meet our customers’ demands as we support OEMs and processors in a wide variety of industrial and agricultural markets,” he added.
The aesthetics of the west-side building addition will be consistent with the current building located on 32 acres at the corner of Highway 6 and North 98th Street. The expansion will also provide additional employee parking, two new docks and additional semi-truck access for loading and unloading.
The construction project is being completed by Ayars & Ayars of Lincoln, Nebraska and the estimated completion date is September 1, 2017.
